Raised in a real estate family, Tracy’s passion for the industry started early and led her from being an office assistant for her Realtor Mom, to investing in multiple properties as soon as she could afford to. After a successful stint in the tech sector, she transitioned to Curbio to enhance their Partner program, drawing on her expertise in customer development and sales management. She feels lucky to partner with so many great RE/MAX franchises.
Tracy lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband, daughter, and small dog, enjoys tennis, golf, and being on the boat.

Brian Diamond — A Pittsburgh native, Brian is a seasoned residential construction expert with over 30 years of experience in construction management and real estate investing, focused exclusively on the Pittsburgh area. His deep understanding of the local market allows him to identify which renovations will maximize a property’s appeal and expedite its sale. Having successfully overseen hundreds of projects, Brian excels in guiding renovations to completion efficiently and cost-effectively.
A passionate Steelers and Penguins fan, Brian lives in Canonsburg. He grew up in Mt. Lebanon and has personally renovated and lived in homes across Beechview, Southside, and Upper St. Clair.

Tony Donofry is a Vice President of Consulting Services at NFP Executive Benefits. His primary responsibilities include designing and advising corporate executive benefit solutions including Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans, Executive Retention Programs, and Supplemental Life & Disability Programs. He specializes in modeling and evaluating deferred compensation financing options involving Corporate Owned Life Insurance, taxable investments, and hybrid approaches. Tony is also responsible for the analytics associated with the administration of insurance solutions for existing executive benefit clients.
Tony has been an employee of NFP since 2011. Tony is Series 7 and 66 certified, and holds a Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License. Tony completed his Masters of Business Administration at West Chester University, and his Bachelors Degree in Business Education at Bloomsburg University.

Amber oversees the adoption, engagement and growth of the luxury program and elite listings across the global RE/MAX network. She manages luxury initiatives and supports The RE/MAX Collection luxury agents. With over seventeen years of real estate experience, Amber develops marketing and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness. She has held her California real estate license since 2006 and started her career at a RE/MAX franchise in Laguna Beach, CA. Amber earned her MBA with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
She is a member of AREAA, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and holds a LUXE designation. Amber supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® and volunteers for Canine Companions a 50(c)3 that provides service dogs for adults, children and veterans.

Christopher Wolniewicz has been part of RE/MAX for most of his adult life.
